Abbie and Andy were married on May 20th, 2017 and selected Kylene’s Photography document their wedding day at the Louisville Palace. We could not have been more honored to be a part of this wonderful couples memorable day. From our first meeting over a year ago, I knew Abbie would be a gem to work with and the day could not have gone any better.
Abbie and Andy are high school sweethearts and have been together for over 8 years. They selected the Louisville Palace for their wedding because they love going to concerts and the Palace is their favorite venue! The Palace never disappoints! As photographers, we love all the detailed locations around this exquisite venue to create amazing images.
One of the details I loved about the wedding was that May 20th is also Abbie’s parents anniversary date. The more I photograph weddings since I had a daughter of my own, the more I think about how the parents must feel about watching their children on this sacred day. How thoughtful and sweet it was for Abbie to get married on her parents anniversary. Watching her parents throughout the wedding, I could tell Abbie parents have given her a wonderful example of marriage.
We had an all star team of vendors to help make this day go as phenomenal as it did! Nothing like doing what you love with some your favorite people to work with! I couldn’t have pulled it off without my incredible 2nd shooter, Dustin Alton Strupp. Thanks for hustling and being the best lighting ninja! Big thanks to Maggie with Weekend Wedding Warriors for making all the details and planning go seamlessly. Sydney and her crew at the Louisville Palace do not miss a beat when it comes to events at this venue! Thanks for always being on top of it and helping us focus on creating beautiful images in your stunning venue! If you haven’t seen the video teaser for this wedding you need to check it out! Thanks to RedMark Pictures, our favorite videographers for being so fun to work with and creating some amazing footage from the wedding! Lastly, thanks to Abbie and Andy for being so sweet, patient, and kind to work with. We loved being a part of your memorable day and getting to document your beautiful moments.
